First United Bank’s Response To COVID-19

In an effort to help with social distancing that is considered one of the main requirements to help combat the spread of COVID-19, on March 18th, we will begin controlled access to our lobbies, which means we will have the lobby doors locked and customer access will be by appointment only. You are encouraged to utilize other methods to conduct your banking business including the use of drive-up facilities where we have them, (including Park River, Grafton, Aneta, Cooperstown, and the Michigan Mall window) utilizing mobile banking, internet banking, ATM’s and night drops. Please note, that also during this time the Petersburg branch is closed.

If an in-person meeting is needed, please contact your local First United office. Please understand that we may first ask you a few questions (about health and recent travel) before scheduling it. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
