First United Bank Announces The Promotions Of Three Employees

Maggie Hefta (formerly Hepokoski) has been named Personal Banker at the Park River location. Hefta has been with First United Bank for two years and has been working as a Loan Processor. In her new role, Maggie will be underwriting consumer loans, maintaining the consumer online application portal, reviewing loan files, and preparing loan documents.  

Shannon Bjorg has been named Loan Operations Administrator. Shannon has been with First United Bank for two years and has been working as a Customer Service Representative in the Adams location. In her new role, she will be leading the Loan Department’s Digital Imaging project. This will include managing the software application and implementing the necessary processes and procedures as the project moves forward. She will also be responsible for loan file maintenance, loan documentation, and any new loan operations projects that may arise in the future. Shannon will continue to assist with the CRA reporting and provide support in the CSR area as needed.  

Hunter Sobolik has also been named Loan Operations Administrator. Hunter has been with First United Bank for one year and has been working in Loan Operations at the Park River location. Hunter’s new role will include assisting the Loan Department with daily tasks as well as administering our loan operations software. Hunter has also had exposure to the credit analysis process, and we anticipate future growth of his skills in this area. He will continue assisting with the CRA reporting.
